This EC-type oil seal is designed for high-temperature sealing applications. It innovatively uses a fully enclosed fluororubber skeleton, with the metal substrate treated with phosphating before being vulcanized at high temperatures with fluororubber (FKM), achieving a peel strength of over 10 N/cm. The sealing lip features a stepped design, with the main lip responsible for sealing the medium and the auxiliary lip storing lubricant to reduce dry friction.
The operating temperature range is -10°C to 200°C, with the ability to withstand short-term high-temperature shocks up to 220°C. It demonstrates exceptional resistance to synthetic ester oils and silicone oils. The internal spring is made of an alloy material, offering three times the corrosion resistance, making it particularly suitable for high-temperature equipment such as engine crankshafts and hot oil circulation pumps. The installation tolerance compatibility is ±0.15mm, reducing the requirements for assembly precision.
