In the automotive industry, they are indispensable components. In engines, they prevent oil leakage from the crankshaft, camshaft and valve train areas.

In industrial machinery, EC oil seals keep lubricant in the gearbox, protecting gears from excessive wear due to lack of lubrication. 

For hydraulic equipment such as hydraulic presses and cranes, they maintain the integrity of the hydraulic circuit and prevent leaks that can lead to hydraulic losses.

In agricultural machinery, they prevent dirt particles and water from entering bearings and other critical components, ensuring smooth operation even in difficult outdoor conditions.

This EC-type oil seal is designed for high-temperature sealing applications. It innovatively uses a fully enclosed fluororubber skeleton, with the metal substrate treated with phosphating before being vulcanized at high temperatures with fluororubber (FKM), achieving a peel strength of over 10 N/cm. The sealing lip features a stepped design, with the main lip responsible for sealing the medium and the auxiliary lip storing lubricant to reduce dry friction.

The operating temperature range is -10°C to 200°C, with the ability to withstand short-term high-temperature shocks up to 220°C. It demonstrates exceptional resistance to synthetic ester oils and silicone oils. The internal spring is made of an alloy material, offering three times the corrosion resistance, making it particularly suitable for high-temperature equipment such as engine crankshafts and hot oil circulation pumps. The installation tolerance compatibility is ±0.15mm, reducing the requirements for assembly precision.
