Fluorocarbon Rubber Properties

 

1. Exceptional High-Temperature Resistance

TC type FKM rubber oil seals can operate stably within a wide temperature range of -26°C to +250°C, and can even withstand temperatures as high as 250°C for short periods. TC-type fluorocarbon rubber oil seals maintain excellent elasticity and flexibility, ensuring continuous sealing performance and preventing oil leakage and equipment failure caused by high temperatures.

 

2. Superior Chemical Corrosion Resistance

Fluorocarbon rubber exhibits exceptional chemical stability. TC type fluorocarbon rubber oil seals significantly extend service life, reduce the risk of seal failure caused by chemical corrosion, and minimize equipment maintenance frequency and costs.

 

3.Superior Weather Resistance and Aging Resistance

The molecular structure of fluorocarbon rubber gives it exceptional resistance to ozone, ultraviolet rays, and radiation. In mechanical equipment exposed to outdoor or high-radiation environments for extended periods, sealing performance can remain stable for 8 – 10 years, far exceeding that of ordinary rubber oil seals, effectively ensuring long-term reliable operation of the equipment.
