It is a seal with double lip and spring, low friction coefficient, about 0.03Mpa.

Rubber materials: Commonly used rubber materials include Nitrile rubber (NBR), Fluoroelastomer (FKM), Silicone rubber (VMQ) and Acrylate rubber (ACM). Nitrile rubber has good oil resistance, abrasion resistance and low-temperature resistance, and is suitable for general working environments; Fluoroelastomer has more excellent high-temperature, chemical and oil resistance, and is suitable for high temperatures, harsh chemical environments, and so on.

Metal parts: The metal skeleton is usually made of carbon steel or stainless steel and other materials, with high strength and rigidity, able to withstand the installation and use of the process of pressure and stress.

The spring generally has good elasticity and fatigue resistance, able to maintain a stable elastic force in the process of long-time use.
